PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method and cultivation apparatus for fruit vegetable that has simple structure, inexpensive installation cost and size compacted with the installation area saved and reduced running cost. PSOLUTION: On the upper part of the cultivation bed 1 in which the inner bottom part is divided with the weir 2 at the middle into the excess cultivation solution-receiving groove 4 on one side and the excess water receiving groove 3 on the other side, the cultivation solution feeding pipe 9 toward the cultivation solution receiving groove 3 and the excess water receiving pipe 8 on the other side toward the excess water receiving groove 3. In addition, the excess cultivation solution re-using means 12 for re-feeding the excess cultivation solution in the excess cultivation solution receiving groove 4 to the culture medium and the excess water reusing means 11 for re-feeding the excess water in the excess water receiving groove 3 to the culture medium 6 are provided to feed the cultivation solution from the upper side on one side to the excess cultivation solution receiving groove 4, meanwhile the sprinkling water is fed from the upper part on the other side to the excess water receiving groove 3 thereby the flow-down excess cultivation solution is re-fed through the cultivation solution groove 4 to the culture medium and the excess water is re-fed through the excess water-receiving groove 3 to the culture medium.
