MOUNTING METAL FITTING AND MOUNTING METHOD FOR LIGHT-WEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount an ALC panel onto a building skeleton easily with positioning precision, while simplifying operation process and reducing the number of members such as a metal fitting or the like.;SOLUTION: An L-shaped metal fitting (4) of an L-shaped section, which is composed of a vertical part, a horizontal part and a bending part and provided with a slit extended from the bending part, at the center of the horizontal part, is mounted onto the ALC panel (1) in which an anchor is embedded in the upper end edge surface and a recessed part is formed in the lower end edge surface, by screwing an eye bolt (3) in the anchor of the ALC panel (1) through the slit. After lifting the ALC panel (1), the recessed part of the ALC panel (1) is positioned to the eye bolt of the lower side panel, and mounted on the L-shaped metal fitting of the lower side panel. Afterward, the vertical part of the L-shaped metal fitting (4) on the upper side of the ALC panel (1) is fixed to the building skeleton.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
