PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant environment-conscious thermoplastic resin composition low in cost and having impact resistance, flexibility and durability. PSOLUTION: The environment-conscious thermoplastic resin composition comprises 20-85 mass% of a polyamide 11 resin (A1) and/or polyamide 1010 resin (A2), 5-65 mass% of a polyolefin resin (B) and/or polystyrene resin (C), 5-65 mass% of a modified polyolefin (D), and 5-65 mass% of a flame retardant (E). The modified polyolefin (D) is a copolymer of modified ethylene and/or propylene and an -olefin. The flame retardant (E) is an organic phosphinic acid metal salt type flame retardant.
