PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new medicine comprising a combination of PPAR α/γ dual agonist and a diabetes treating agent based on the finding that a medicinal agent having an excellent effect compared with the single administration of PPAR α/γ dual agonist is produced by the combination of the agonist and a diabetes treating agent.;SOLUTION: The administration of a medicine composed of a combination of PPAR α/γ dual agonist and a dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitor acting as a diabetes treating agent can keep the plasma glucose concentration after sugar tolerance test at a low level and decrease the necessary amount of insulin after sugar tolerance test.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
