PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently register a landmark by preventing candidates from being uselessly displayed.;SOLUTION: This dynamic state management system 100 is configured of an arithmetic unit 104 equipped with a dynamic state history registration part 110 for receiving dynamic state data from a traveling object 10; a stop information calculation part 111 for specifying dynamic state data whose location information has not changed for the shortest stop time or more about the traveling object; a determination processing part 112 for defining the location information shown by the specified dynamic state data as a landmark registration candidate, and for determining whether or not any other landmark registration candidate is included in a distance range around the prescribed landmark registration candidate; a landmark registration candidate calculation part 113 for, when there is no other landmark registration candidate in the distance range, defining a prescribed landmark registration candidate as a determined landmark registration candidate, and for, when there is other landmark registration candidate, defining the central position of the prescribed landmark registration candidate as a determined landmark registration candidate; and an output processing part 114 for displaying the information of the determined landmark registration candidate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
