PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence analyzer of a mercury atom capable of obtaining an accurate and precise analyzing value even when a sample containing mercury in high concentration is repeatedly measured immediately after measurement.;SOLUTION: The fluorescence analyzer 1 of the mercury atom has a mercury-vapor lamp 10 for radiating lights 11 of ultraviolet and visible regions, a flow cell 20 through which the gaseous sample S passes, a detector 30 on a sample side which gets the flow cell 20 irradiated with the beams of light 11 from the mercury-vapor lamp 10 for detecting the intensity of the fluorescence 12 of mercury emitted from the gaseous sample S which passes through the flow cell 20, a detector 40 on a reference side for detecting the intensity of the light 11 radiated from the mercury-vapor lamp 10 and an output correcting means 50 for correcting the output value of the detector 30 on the sample side on the basis of the net output value, which is the output value obtained by subtracting the base output value being the output value at the time of non-measurement of the sample of the detector 40 on the reference side from the signal output value being the output value of the detector 30 on the sample side, and the output value of the detector 40 on the reference side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
