PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism by which a wage can be paid to an employee even if a response is unavailable from his superior about whether to approve attendance/leaving.;SOLUTION: A server 10 receives attendance/leaving information transmitted from an office terminal 20, produces an attendance/leaving approval notice requesting for approval about the attendance/leaving of the employee, transmits it to an approver terminal 30, and requests the superior to decide whether to approve the attendance/leaving of the employee. The server, if it receives attendance/leaving approval response information including approval propriety decision information replied by the superior in response to the transmission of the leaving approval notice from the approver terminal, stores the approval propriety decision information in association with the attendance/leaving information. Meanwhile, the server, if the response is unavailable from the superior, automatically approves the attendance/leaving information, and stores automatic approval information in association with the attendance/leaving information. Then, the server, if it has automatically approved leaving time as attendance/leaving information, transmits transfer information to a financial institution terminal 50, and provides, to the financial institution, transfer execution instructions for transferring a wage from an employer account to an employee account.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
