PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for immediately paying a wage to employees for work, in response to a request from the employee without imposing burden on an employer and financial institutions.;SOLUTION: A server 10 receives wage payment approval information including approval information of the employer who agrees with wage payment to the employee, from an employer terminal 30 to generate transfer information including an employee ID and an amount to be transferred, and stores the transfer information in a transfer information storage part. The server 10 receives transfer request information for wage payment from the employee terminal 20. The server 10 transmits transfer execution information including the amount to be transferred and transfer destination information to the employee terminal to request the employee to approve transfer execution.
