PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus for transferring ticket right and allowing a representative to buy tickets in bulk, and to provide a two-dimensional barcode, an information communication system utilizing a one-time password, and so on.;SOLUTION: In the information communication system, a server issues an electronic ticket or an electronic coupon to the communication apparatus, and displays it thereon.
