PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that allows description of a diagnostic reading report with free expression and prevents description omission of indispensable entry requirements. PSOLUTION: Definition information obtained by defining predicate types of predicates that are used in a diagnostic reading report and case element types of a plurality of case element words that should modify the predicates and an association rule for the case element types and medical requirement names are held in a rule holding means 31, when a character string input to a diagnostic reading report is received from a user, a text analyzing means 21 performs syntactic and semantic analysis and acquires structure information indicating predicates in a corresponding character string, their predicate types, case element words modifying the predicates and their case element types, an analysis defect processing means 32 determines whether each case element type is included in the structure information about the each case element type in the definition information corresponding to the structure information, and a warning displaying means 41 displays medical requirement names of case element types which are not included in the structure information on a screen.
