PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injecting method and a liquid injecting device by which a liquid is prevented from overflowing a container regardless of the shape of the container, and in addition, the liquid can quickly injected to predetermined level, and to provide an automatic capacity measuring device for container.;SOLUTION: A primary injection height for switching the injection of a liquid from a primary injection to a secondary injection in response to the liquid level rising speed or the average inner diameter of the liquid at an empty dimensional section of a container is changed.
