PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model of a topological-soliton circuit that is easily assembled or decomposed, is extremely easily reset to an initial state, and can easily change a parameter if necessary.;SOLUTION: An elastic shaft member 11 is provided that has a length of the axial direction in the one-dimension direction, stores elastic energy as a restoring force when it is twisted in the circumference direction about the center axis, shortens the outer diameter in the radial direction when a tensile force is applied axially and it is axially extended, and has a restoring force also in the axial direction. A plurality of unit cells 12 are fixed at intervals in the axial direction of the shaft member 11. Each unit cell 12 has a through hole 13 for penetrating the shaft member 11 in a fixed part 21, and the center of gravity is located at a position different from the position having the through hole 13.
