ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION METHOD FOR ANEMOMETER, AND WIND DIRECTION/VELOCITY MONITORING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine accurately by a simple system whether wind velocity information collected from an anemometer shows a windless state or an unmeasurable state, caused by the freezing of the measuring part of the anemometer, relating to an abnormality determination method of the anemometer and to a wind direction/velocity monitoring device.;SOLUTION: Only when the wind velocity information is collected from the anemometer, is under a specified value determined beforehand as a windless state, continuously within a prescribed time T, will it be determined whether the state is in a measurement disabled state caused by an abnormality in the anemometer or continuous windless state, by being collated with wind velocity information from a weather information system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
