摘要

An all-fiber wind anemometer and direction monitoring technology that used in wind power generation is introduced in this paper. The system is based on interferometer technology and fiber Bragg grating technology. The wind anemometer probe is designed as a fiber Bragg grating modulating structure while the wind direction probe is designed as a fabry-perot cavity structure, which cavity length is changed with the wind directions. The results of experiments show that this sensor can monitor wind velocity and directions more exactly and remotely. Wind anemometer measuring accuracy is smaller than 0.16 m/s. Wind direction measuring accuracy is smaller than 6 degrees. The method has a good reproducibility, dispense with power supply, remote measuring and anti-electromagnetic interference. It is suitable for wind power generation especially in wind field remote monitoring.
