PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To culture an animal cell enhancing the productivity of useful protein and peptide by cultivation of a gene-recombinant cell by growing cell at a temperature capable of growing the animal cell and lowering the culturing temperature. ;SOLUTION: In production of protein or peptide by cultivation of a gene recombinant cell, an animal cell is efficiently cultured by enhancing productivity of useful materials and reducing consumed amount of a medium by growing animal cells such as a Chinese hamster ovarium cell (CHO cell) introduced of a recombinant vector integrated with gene coding protein of a thromboplastinogen activator(TPA), erythropoietin(EPO), various colony stimulating factors (G-CSF, M-CSF, GM-CSF), various interleukins (IL-1-12), various interferons (IFN-α,β,γ), a tumor necrosis factor(TNF), a thrombopoiesis factor(TPO), etc., at a temperature capable of growing, lowering the cultivation temperature and continuing the cultivation at 30-35°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
