Single event effective measure strengthening circuit

The device and method in order to strengthen the circuit vis-a-vis single event effective state are offered. The 1st logic circuit, outputs the output signal event which stamps the glitch on that. The glitch filter, receives the (i) output signal event, (ii) makes the speed of change of the output signal event slow in order to form the output signal event which is made to delay with the time quantity of given, (iii) offers the output signal event which is made to delay to the 2nd logic circuit. When duration of the output signal event is shorter than the time quantity of given, the glitch filter prevents the fact that it reaches to the threshold of a state where the output signal event which is made to delay is not desirable, this prevents the fact that it operates when the 2nd logic circuit has not been desirable next. Return module of option, sends the return signal event which does not have the glitch to the glitch filter. When the output signal event which it makes delay, it does not conform to the threshold of desirable state, the return signal event neutralizes the glitch which is stamped on the output signal event.
