PSOLUTION: The cogeneration system is provided with a fuel cell 40, a hot water storage tank 58 storing a quantity of heat produced by the fuel cell 40, a heat load 44 consuming the quantity of heat stored in the hot water storage tank 58, a request control part 66 sending request information beforehand when it is necessary to increase heat consumption of the heat load 44, a load control part 68 increasing the heat consumption conditional upon that permission notice indicating that it is all right to permit consumption of the quantity of heat has been received, and a control part 50 sending the permission notice to the load control part 58 conditional upon that a quantity of heat can be supplied from the hot water storage tank 58 to the heat load 44 when the request information has been received from the request control part 66. The control part 50 sends the permission notice to the load control part 68 of the heat load 44 having higher priority, and if more quantity of heat can be supplied, it sends the permission notice to the load control part 68 of the heat load 44 having lower priority.
