PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize efficiency of advertisement exposure by managing exposure of contents of an advertisement or the like in accordance with user preference.;SOLUTION: A content exposure control system 100 includes a user terminal 200 and a distribution device 100. The user terminal 200 includes a scroll display processing section 210 for iteratively displaying contents at a predetermined moving speed; a manipulation information recording processing section 211 for storing a manipulation instruction in a table of a storage device; and a distribution request processing section 212 for detecting timing of content distribution and transmitting to the distribution device 100 data in the table together with a distribution request. The distribution device 100 includes: a reaction acquisition processing section 110 for specifying contents with the same attribute as a content attribute corresponding to the manipulation instruction information in the distribution request using a content database 125 and for storing the manipulation instruction information in a reaction information table 126; and a selective distribution processing section 111 for referring to the reaction information table 126 when selecting distribution contents to selectively distribute contents with predetermined item data of the manipulation instruction information being equal to or higher than a predetermined reference.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
