PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution control server, system, and method for enabling simultaneous real-time distribution of contents onto a plurality of user terminals in cooperation with video broadcasting without the need for a user to manually instruct the distribution timing of Web contents.;SOLUTION: A content distribution control server 10 comprises a marker/scenario DB 52 storing therein a table in which marker information is corresponding to content distribution scenarios, and login is received from a user terminal 21 and stored in a login information DB 51.
