PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user modelling method which can realize more excellent user modelling by describing the meaning of a space from the viewpoint of what kind of function the space gives and to what type of user the space gives the function and making use of space meaning information together with user location information, and also provide a user modelling device and a user modelling program thereof, and a computer-readable storage medium to which the user modelling program is recorded. PSOLUTION: A processing part receives input from an input part for inputting a user location and a user type, and retrieves the affordance data of a space having space location data, which accord with the user location and user type thus inputted, and the user type data from a space position database which stores space meaning data, which comprises the space position data, the user type data and the affordance data, which are described with markup language tags, for each space, and then executes user modelling processing to time-course data of the user position inputted for each user and retrieved affordance data.
