PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for evaluating an existing condominium that can evaluate the quality of each existing dwelling unit with high accuracy by causing design/specification elements and the factors of how each private part is managed and how each shared part is managed to be properly reflected on the assessed price of the condominium, the elements and the factors affecting the costs borne by purchasers of the condominium.;SOLUTION: The system for evaluating existing condominiums is for authenticating and/or assessing the price of each dwelling unit of an existing condominium supplied by a supply institution 1. A computer 111 of the supply institution 1 outputs information showing that the existing dwelling units are authorized by the supply institution 1, on condition that the design/specification elements of each dwelling unit satisfy a qualification standard, that there is a written report on the shared parts, and that the private parts requiring repairs are made clear as the result of inspection by an inspection institution 3 different from the dealer 2 of the existing dwelling units.
