PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composing apparatus, a computer program for composing, a composing method, a musical sound evaluation apparatus, a computer program for musical sound evaluation and a musical sound evaluation method, capable of effectively arranging constituting sound while quantitatively evaluating constituting sound used for music.;SOLUTION: It is clarified in music that a chord before and after a scale, a melody and a chord with a short synchronous cycle gives impression "bright", and a chord before and after the scale, the melody and the chord with a long synchronous cycle gives impression "dark". The composing apparatus comprises: a conversion means for converting the constituting sound before and after scale constituting sound, melody constituting sound and chord constituting sound for each unit time, to a periodic length; and a calculation means for calculating a least common multiple of the periodic length derived by the conversion means, and a synchronous periodic length of the constituting sound for each unit time is calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
