The head body includes a guide member (30) with guide surfaces (31) extending at an angle relative to the longitudinal axis. Sliding elements (33) slide on one of the guide surfaces between a clamping position where a wall of the tube is clipped by the sliding elements, and a free position. The sliding elements are stretched to the clamping position by a spring between the head body and the moving body.
