The container (1) has an inner element whose upper end is provided with a movable grid (9). An inner space of an outer housing is bounded by a peripheral wall and a bottom part, where the outer housing is made of steel sheet. Another inner space of the housing is bounded by another peripheral wall. The inner element is connected with the outer housing in a detachable manner. The outer housing is equipped with an outwardly projecting top flange (5). The flange is arranged with adjacent paving stones in an overlapping relationship with each other.
