METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING PLACENTAL HYPERTENSION IN PREGNANT PATIENTS WITH PREECLAMPSIA

A method for diagnosing the placental hypertension in the pregnant patients with preeclampsia provides for the catheterization of the umbilical blood vessels within the first minute after the birth until the cessation of its pulsation. The pressure in the umbilical vein is measured by the lift of the blood level in silicon tube. The pressure exceeding 10 mm Hg is suggestive of the placental hypertension.
