A sectional-fastening device for paper contains a folder with upper and lower flat covers, and also, at least, one fastening unit, which has a lock with opening and elongated flexible holder made with possibility of introduction into the perforation of the sheets of paper and equipped, at least, with one lug near free end for sectional fixation in the opening of lock. The device is made only from one sheet of elastic material with separate rollers of upper and lower covers of folder. In the case each flexible holder is made in the form of a strip, which beginning is made together with one of the covers of folder, and edges are formed by a cut of the material of this cover. The opening of lock is made in the same cover between roller and beginning of the strip of holder.
