METHOD FOR DETECTING AND ELIMINATING CELLS OF TESTED POPULATION, WHICH ARE INCOMPATIBLE WITH LEUKOCYTES OF BLOOD AND PLASMA

A method for detecting and eliminating the cells of the tested population, which are incompatible with the leukocytes of the blood and the plasma comprises sampling the aliquot of the blood, the separation of the leukocytes, and the blood plasma. Then the separated cells and plasma are added to the population of the cells intended for administering into the body. The sample is incubated until the interaction is finally evident by the destruction of the incompatible cells of the tested population caused by the leukocytes, and the blood plasma. The cells, which remain intact, are regarded as compatible and safe for administration. Therefore, the detection and the elimination of the incompatible cells are performed at the same time.
