A method for treating the ischemic lesions of the heart combined with the symptomatic arterial hypertension in the cervical-thoracic osteochondrosis comprises the use of the basic therapy and the segmental massage. The pathogenetically directed prolonged pharmacopuncture is used by the intramuscular administration of cerebrolyzin (every 1-2 days in a volume of 0.1-0.2 mL) to the points of highly reflexogenic areas corresponding to the specified areas of the backbone, costosternal joints, and perineurally to the points of the selected neurotruncular areas of the vagus nerve (5-7 seances). Periostal, perineural, syndesmotic and muscular-vascular point massage is performed daily.
