METHOD FOR DETERMINING CHLOROPHYLL IN LEAVES OF WINTER WHEAT

A method for determining the content of chlorophyll in leaves of winter wheat ncluding scanning a leaf plate of a plant on a standard scanner, isolating the leaf-plate image itself on the image according to the method of N.Otsu and assessing the total content of chlorophyll. The content of chlorophyll is assessed according to the intensity of the green colour by means of the developed non-linear regression equation of the type =+busing specially created software.
