The invention relates to growth of monocrystals. A device for growth of monocrystals of group AІІBVI comprises crucible with smelt, top and bottom heaters and system of heat insulation, placed in cooling growth furnace, regulator of power of heaters and connected with them current supplies, and also unit for moving of crucible, comprising connected with crucible water-cooled rod, connected through worm gear with engine of vertical moving of crucible, control module of engine and measuring indicator of value of rod moving. Encoder as measuring indicator, logical block and display device of information are addition introduced in device. The input of encoder is connected to shaft of engine, output encoder is connected to input of logic block which outputs are connected, accordingly, to inputs of power regulator of heaters, display device of information and control module of engine of vertical moving of rod. Use of the invention allows providing high accuracy and reproducibility of realization of optimum technological modes and increasing quality of monocrystals.
