This invention relates to the application of flexible films toform an openable sealing means on packages. In particular,the invention relates to the application of flexible films toform an openable sealing means on packages for containing foodthat are intended to be being heated by microwave ovens. Thecurrent invention is a simpler and a more convenient solutionto contain the food by packaging that will enable the food tobe heated without the need of puncturing the packaging priorto heating.
