A system for facilitating access by a user of a vehicle dealership to messagesrelated to alead for a vehicle from a customer, the lead having a unique identifier,customer information ofthe customer including contact information, and requested vehicle information,the systemcomprising: a storage containing a plurality of data suitable for including ina responsemessage to the customer; a data search module configured for searching thestorage to identifyresponse data from the plurality of data based on at least one of the customerinformation or thevehicle information; a messaging center module configured for receiving acustomer messageassociated with the lead via the unique identifier; and a template libraryconfigured for providingaccess to a plurality of message templates, the message templates for use withthe response datathrough data population of corresponding template fields in generation of aresponse message tothe received customer message, the response message being associated with theunique identifier.
