METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A FRC/FRP-COMPONENT FROM ROVINGS WITH A MOULDING TOOL AND MOULDING TOOL FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD

Disclosed is a method for producing a fiber composite/fiber-reinforced plasticpart from rovings (R) by means of amold (1). Said method comprises the following steps: - rovings (R) formed fromdry fibers are applied to the mold surface (3) bystretching the rovings (R) by means of an application device (13), tensileforce being applied between deflection devices in thepredefined orientation; - binder material is applied to the stretched rovings(R); - the arrangement of fiber strands and bindermate-rial is consolidated by applying temperature and pressure such that apreform for the part to be produced is formed; - the preformis detached from the deflection devices and is removed from the mold (1); and -once the preform has been detached from thede-flection devices, an injection process or infusion process is carried outin order to form the part. Also disclosed are a mold (1) anda device for carrying out said method.
