The invention relates to a device for holding a loudspeaker (1) particularly on a bodywork member of an automobile, of the type including a part (10) having a central portion (11) defining a cup and a peripheral portion (12) defining a bearing means for the loudspeaker (1). The part (10) includes means (13a, 13b, 13c) for mounting the loudspeaker (1) in different angular positions, an opening (15) corresponding to each angular position for passing through a connection member (2) and water diverters provided on the outer face of the part (10) above said opening (15).
