The valve (1) has a hollow body (4) interiorly delimiting a discharge path (40) for discharging hydraulic fluid between chambers (11, 12). An obturator (3) is formed of an elastically deformable annular diaphragm (30) placed on the path, where the diaphragm presents small thickness. Another hollow body (5) is interiorly delimited by the diaphragm and delimits a chamber (13) filled with hydraulic fluid. The chamber (13) is set under preset pressure and controls stiffness and opening point of the valve.
