A pressurized-fluid control mechanism and a pressurized-fluid control device using the mechanism. The pressurized-fluid control mechanism is installed on a gas receiving container (3) and controls ejection of compressed carbon dioxide gas (C) placed in the gas receiving container (3). The mechanism has a sealing plate section (13) for closing an opening (4) of the gas receiving container, a sharp-pointed body (17) having formed at its tip a sealing section (19) tapered from its base end toward its tip, and a coil spring (23) for urging the sharp-pointed body (17). The sharp-pointed body (17) of the mechanism is placed in the gas receiving container, extends and retracts to close and open an ejection hole (18) formed in the sealing plate section, and is urged by the coil spring to fit the sealing section into the ejection hole, closing the ejection hole.
