A method of manufacturing V product utilizing fluidization technology and fluidization device comprises: calcining V slag with high Ca in a fluidized furnace, in which the weight ratio of CaO to V2O5 is 0.5-1.4, the average temperature in the fluidized furnace is 850-950℃, and the average residence time of the V slag in the furnace is 30-150 minutes; leaching calcined product in sulphuric acid; and producing V product from leach solution. Compared with methods which use rotary kiln or multi-chamber furnace as calcining devices, the method has high production efficiency, low energy consumption and high productivity, and it is easy to realize large-scale manufacture.
