HIGHLY FILLED RUBBER MIXTURES AND VULCANIZATES BASED ON HYDROGENATED VINYLPOLYBUTADIENES

Highly filled rubber mixture (I) comprises hydrogenated vinyl polybutadiene with a vinyl content of 45-55 mol.%, hydrogenation degree of 80-100% and a mooney viscosity (ML 1+4/125[deg]C) of 60-150 ME, and fillers (151-350 phr). An independent claim is included for a highly filled vulcanized rubber mixture, obtained by the vulcanization of (I) by sulfur and/or sulfur donors (sulfur vulcanization) or by vulcanizing in presence of peroxides (peroxide vulcanization) or azo compounds.
