The invention relates to the development of an emulsion resin comprising peptides of natural amino acids, such as, inter alia, glycine, alanine, serine and cysteine, which form the main structure of the resin and which are stabilised by natural lyophilic agents, such as casein, lecithin and fatty acids (stearic, oleic, linoleic, etc.), which can be used to stabilise the particles formed in emulsion, and with the additional help of lubrication agents which contribute to limiting the polymer chain and to the morphology of same. The emulsion obtained using a multi-step process is subjected to spray drying and subsequent screening in order to obtain a suitable particle size for use as an additive in the industry involved in the transformation of thermoplastics and elastomers, both in processes that involve mechanical force (with torque) and in processes that do not involve any mechanical force (without torque). The resulting resins are biodegradable.
