The invention relates to an optical sensor fibre (12) having a zone (19) which is sensitive to bending and, according to the invention, comprises an untreated fibre section. The latter is framed by surface-treated fibre sections (18a, 18b), thus making it possible to determine, by means of metrology, a mixture of light modes in the untreated fibre section (19) that depends on bending. This advantageously makes it possible to measure the bending in the sensor fibre in a very accurate manner. A sensor having a laser diode (16) and a photodiode (17), in which the sensor ribbon (12) according to the invention is used, and a method for producing the sensor ribbon according to the invention are likewise protected.
