The bolt (PR) has a web (AM) with a portion (PA2) integrated to an end (ES) of a webbing (SC), and a casing (CP) with two parts (P1, P2) jointly enclosing the web portion. The part (P1) of the casing includes an opening (OV) permitting passage of the webbing end, where the casing is made of plastic material. The casing includes flexible connection units connecting the parts of the casing in a permanent manner such that the parts remain attached relative to each other while being coupled to the webbing in case of shock. The connection units are constituted by hinges (CH1, CH2).
