A sample package dyeing machine is provided to accord sample package dyeing solution composition rate with that of a large yarn package with same dyeing effect. A dyeing machine dyes a sample yarn package(9). A spindle for supporting a dyeing bath(2) is mounted inside the dyeing bath. A dyeing solution circulating system is operated through the sample yarn package which is supported by the spindle to circulate the dyeing solution. The dyeing bath and the spindle are constructed to accommodate a single yarn package which is less than 1.2 kg. The yarn package less than 1.2 kg is dyed using the liquor ratio of 1:6.
