A manufacturing method of a filter for shielding electromagnetic interference and a manufacturing method of a display device including the filter use the offset printing method which is more simple and inexpensive and maximize the electromagnetic wave shielding effect of the display device. A manufacturing method of a filter for shielding electromagnetic interference comprise a step for providing a gravure roll(55) in which a mesh type groove(551) is formed, a step for charging conductive paste(10a) into the groove, a step for providing a blanket roll(57) which faces the gravure roll and rotates in the opposite direction of the gravure roll, a step for transferring the conductive paste on the blanket roll with the rotating gravure roll, a step for providing a glass substrates(20), a step for coating the conductive paste on the glass substrates with the blanket roll moving on the glass substrates, and a step for forming a shielding member consisting of a monolayer shielding electromagnetic wave on the glass substrates by plasticizing the conductive paste.
