A manufacturing method of the formaldehyde remover using the extract of pine needle Is provided to suppress sediment generation as an end product is the ammonium polyamino polyamide resinous solution form and facilitate spraying through a sprayer. A manufacturing method of the formaldehyde remover using the extract of pine needle comprises the following steps of: a step(a) for obtaining the copolymer solution of the glutaric acid and diethylenetriamine by heating the mixture of the glutaric acid and diethylenetriamine with 140~150deg.C; a step(b) for cooling the copolymer solution obtained from (a) step to 115~125deg.C; a step(c) for attenuating the copolymer solution which passes (b) step; a step(d) which adds the ammonium chloride to the copolymer solution going through (c) step and is severe at 115~125deg.C for 1~2 hours and dilutes to the diluted solution with the second after cooling at 55~65deg.C and obtains the ammonium polyamino polyamide resin; a step(e) for controlling to viscosity is 500~1,000cps by adding Epichlorohydrin to the copolymers obtained at (d) step; and a step(f) which injects the pine needles in the fluid extraction reaction bath by using the supercritical carbon dioxide distillation method and supplies carbon dioxide to the reaction bath from the liquid container and condenses with maintaining carbon dioxide under pressure at 440~460bar and under the temperature at 48~52deg.C and adds the extract separated from the decompression state to the solution obtained in (e) step.
