A production method of nutrition using waste coal and food waste is provided to produce artificial fishing reef from which toxicity is not detected, and which has good affinity with oceanic life by utilizing waste coal and food waste. A production method of nutrition using waste coal and food waste comprises the processes of: transferring 40 wt.% of waste coal supplied through a first quantitative discharge valve(24) of a second hopper(6), 20 wt.% of feldspar supplied through a second quantitative discharge valve(25) of a fourth hopper(12), 20 wt.% of food waste supplied through a third quantitative discharge valve(26) of a sixth hopper(18), and 20 wt.% of sawdust supplied through a fourth quantitative discharge valve(27) of an eighth hopper(23) to a mixer(29) through a first mixing conveyor(28); and transferring the mixture from the first mixer to a molding machine(31) through a second mixing conveyor(30) to mold the mixture into an artificial fishing reef while pouring water into the mixture of the molding machine.
