An aiding apparatus for nasal cartilage strut is provided to reduce working hours and to improve pain alleviation and operation recover of a patient. An aiding apparatus for a nasal cartilage strut(10) comprises a pillar unit(11) and a fixing unit(13). The pillar unit functions the pad arm support stand for the tip of a nose up-thrust. The pillar unit provides a mounting unit for the shield implant. The sealing hole(12) for mounting the shield implant is formed. The fixing unit is comprised of leg parts(13a,13b) in which the center fix groove(13c) is formed. The fixing groove is inserted in the cable twist of the cartilage of nasal septum using the configuration of the leg part.
