The photocatalytic sol containing the metal-organo compound composite is provided to improve deodorization and antibacterial effect without separate ultraviolet irradiation, thereby being applicable to the composition for coating the surface of the various products. The metal-organo compound composite comprises metal, which comprises one kind selected from the group consisting of Ti, Si, Al, Fe, Zn, Cu, Pd, Pt, Ag, Mn, Zr, Sn, W, Ni, P, Cs, Ba, La, Ac, Ge, Sb, Cd, As, Bi, Mo, Co, V, Ru, Sr, K, Ga, Ta, Tl, Nb and their combination, and the organic compound ligand which comprises one or more OH group in the molecular structure by combining with the metal.
