A balance cylinder apparatus of the rolling roll chock attenuating the horizontal direction vibration of the top roll choke about the bottom roll choke is provided. A balance cylinder apparatus of the rolling roll chock comprises a cylinder body fixed to the bottom roll choke(8); and a plunger unit(140) installed at the cylinder body and the top roll choke(6) is supported with upward and attenuating the horizontal direction vibration of the top roll choke about the bottom roll choke.
