A method for preparing microbe-free antler is provided to make the intake of the antler safe and easy by removing the microorganism of antler slices through an ethanol and heating process processing. A method for preparing microbe-free antler comprises a first step for processing the slices of antler with a polar solvent; and a second step for drying the slices of antler processed from the first step at 25-40‹C for 12-36 hours.
