A going up and coming down apparatus in material for dieless incremental forming is provided to improve the driving precision since transferring the vertical feed plate transferred with material by using the principles of the oblique side. A going up and coming down apparatus in material for dieless incremental forming includes a transfer device part(20), a right and left transfer device part(30), and a going up and coming down apparatus(40) are set up between a vertical feed plate(53) and a lower plate(11); a right and left conveying plate(41) installed on the upper end of the right and left transfer device part. The going up and coming down apparatus includes the right and left conveying plate upper side former, and the horizontal conveying means which at the same time, later transfers the respective equipped lower part wedge plate to left, and the right with sliding; and the vertical transportation measure transferred according to the single-side of the guide plate and the incline formed in the lower part wedge plate(42) upper side with sliding.
